Rachel Bishop, Manager of R&D Credit Tax Studies, has been with Black Line Group for five years. During that time period, she has led over 150 R&D tax credit studies and generated in excess of $50 million of federal and state tax credits for her clients. Rachel graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BS in Accounting and is working on her Masters in Taxation from the University of Texas.
Elizabeth Deimel, Manager of R&D Tax Credit Studies, has over eight years of tax related experience with six of it specializing in the R&D tax credit. She has been with Black Line Group for two years and was with Pricewaterhouse Coopers, a Big Four accounting firms, for six. Her clients have ranged in size from small start-up organizations to established Fortune 500 companies. They include, but are not limited to, automotive, furniture, pharmaceutical and home products developers and manufacturers. Elizabeth has generated over $200 million of federal and state tax credits for her clients. She also has experience in manufacturing operations, having worked for a large furniture manufacturing company for two years. Elizabeth earned her BS in Business Administration and Accountancy from Grand Valley State University, and her Masters in Management from Aquinas College.
Bob Nicholson, Chief Financial Officer, was a founder of Black Line Group. Bob has over twenty-five years of experience in the manufacturing sector as a business consultant and as CFO of the world’s leading manufacturer of beverage dispensing equipment. His background also includes five years of audit and tax experience with Ernst and Young, a Big Four accounting firms. Bob is a CPA.
